Treasury Tips for March : Not too Late to Get Your Treasury on the Front Page

We're halfway though March, but for some of you, it's Spring all the time.  Here on the East Coast, we are hoping this coming weekend, full of sunshine, we may see the blooms of Springtime. So how does one keep up with Etsy's trends, and themes, and get their treasury on the front page?  There is a way, and it's not that much of a secret.
